Mr. Schreiber has 18 years of progressive responsibilities in managing federal proposals, writing federal proposals, capturing opportunities, managing a proposal development center and proposal teams. He is a Shipley trained and a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). During his tenure at PAE, he received several well-known awards including Exceptional Contributor Award, Spotlight Award in contributing to PAE’s business growth and strategic wins. Mr. Schreiber has a Master’s Degree in International Relations and International Political Economy from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Environmental Science from Pitzer College (the Claremont Colleges), California. He is a Fulbright Fellow, and he is an active member of the U.S. Department of State’s Alumni Community of International Educational and Cultural Exchange Programs.
