Karuna Gadamsetti is an HR professional with over 12 years of experience in all aspects of HR management with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Peridot, Karuna has 10 years of experience as Business Development executive where she honed her negotiations, sales and persuasion skills. She leverages these skills on a daily basis to sell positions and clients to candidates and vice-versa. Karuna joined Peridot in December of 2009 leading and driving the Talent Acquisition team. Karuna has her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and she is a SHRM Certified Professional. Karuna leverages her talent acquisition skills, team management and collaboration skills, creative search strategies and HR skills to succeed in her role and achieve company’s mission.
