Anne Mellita is an HR professional with over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of human resources management. Anne started her career in the service industry, where she was first introduced to the inner workings of HR and since then she’s grown to enjoy being a human resource to employees in need of assistance. Anne joined Peridot Solutions in May of 2017 – directing the administration of all HR functions. Anne has her Master’s degree in Human Resources and International Business. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Anne possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including: recruitment and employment, labor relations, incentives, benefits and payroll. Anne brings technical skills and management capabilities to her current position where she provides technical support to the team while contributing to the company’s mission.
