Peridot Solutions believes in the philosophy of giving back and is committed to helping with charitable causes. In addition to volunteer time spent by our founders, Peridot supports the following causes through donations and charitable giving:
- Support the Troops: We support United Service Organizations (USO), Fisher House
- Support Humanity: We support UNICEF, Children’s National Medical Center
- Support the Environment: We support Plant-trees.org
Peridot Community Service Fund
We don’t just stop there. In step with our mission, we have initiated a ‘Peridot Community Service Fund’ program. Peridot has set aside a fund through which we reward each staff member for their participation in voluntary service to the community.
We believe this will encourage community service from two facets. It will encourage:
- Each individual team member to serve their community
- Volunteer teams to form and collectively serve the community
This program will inspire each staff member to serve the community and contribute either individually on their own or collectively as a group by rewarding their voluntary service to the community. By extending an opportunity of service to all our staff, we give back to the society and inculcate a habit of service as an ‘organizational culture.’
